Welcome to HK Enterprises. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website or hiring us for any graphic design project, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. General Overview

HK Enterprises provides professional graphic design services, including but not limited to logos, branding, marketing materials, and website assets. All services provided are subject to the terms listed below.

2. Payments and Fees

• Quotes: All price quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before starting any project.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the final high-resolution files are delivered to the client.

3. Revisions and Alterations

We want you to be perfectly happy with your design. Our standard packages include a specific number of revisions as agreed upon in the initial quote. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges at an hourly rate.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the client is granted exclusive license and ownership of the final approved design.
• Designer Rights: HK Enterprises retains the right to use the completed projects in our portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes.
• Stock Media: Any stock images or fonts purchased for the project are subject to the license terms of their respective providers.

5. Content Provision

The client is responsible for providing all necessary text, images, and other content required for the project. The client guarantees that they own the rights to any materials they provide to us and agrees to indemnify HK Enterprises against any copyright claims regarding those materials.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

If the client wishes to cancel a project after work has commenced, the initial deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee to cover the time and resources already spent. Refunds are not issued for work that has already been completed and presented.

7. Limitation of Liability

HK Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services provided. We do not guarantee that our services will directly result in increased sales or business growth.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
